Initial deep clean 0-beurt

Start from a measured zero.

The 0-beurt is a one-off, intensive baseline clean that brings a space up to ISO 14644-1 Class 8, the measured starting point your periodic cleaning then maintains.

0-beurt

Why it’s called the zero

Before you can maintain a standard, you first have to reach it. The 0-beurt strips out the accumulated dust, debris and construction residue a space carries, and establishes a clean, documented baseline (the ‘zero’) against which every later clean is measured.

When you need a 0-beurt

After construction

New and just-delivered facilities are full of fine building dust that regular cleaning never reaches.

After renovation or works

Any work in or near the room, such as cabling, HVAC or electrical, pushes particles back into the air.

Taking over a space

Inheriting a neglected or undocumented room? Start clean, with a measured baseline you can prove.

Before a maintenance contract

We set the baseline first, so periodic cleaning has a clear standard to hold it to.

After an incident

Smoke, a dust event or contamination calls for an intensive reset back to standard.

Ahead of an audit

Get demonstrably within Class 8 before an inspection or certification audit.

Measured, not assumed

From contaminated to Class 8

When needed, a 0-beurt can open and close with a particle measurement, so the result is measured rather than assumed.

Particle count /m³ ≥0.5µm After: Class 8
28.4M 3.2M /m³ ≥0.5µm
Before ISO Class 8 limit

What a 0-beurt covers

Top to bottom, including the places dust hides.

  • Raised floor, top and underside
  • Subfloor plenum & cable trays
  • Server racks & cabinet exteriors
  • CRAC/CRAH units & air paths
  • Ceiling void & overhead infrastructure
  • Walls, surfaces & entry zones
  • Cabling, containment & trunking
  • Particle measurement (when needed)

What is always included

The same controlled standards on every engagement.

HEPA 14 filtration

Dust-free extraction with HEPA 14. Particles leave the room instead of being stirred back into the air.

ESD-safe working

Antistatic materials and ESD-trained staff protect sensitive electronics.

No disruption

We work around your operation, live and with no downtime.

Certified & screened team

VCA VOL, NEN 3140 and ESD-trained, plus security-screened for sensitive sites.

How we work

From survey to result

  1. 01

    Free site survey

We assess your space and its risks on site, without obligation.

  2. 02

    Tailored plan

Method, access and standards matched to your site, so the approach fits your environment.

  3. 03

    Cleaning

ESD-safe, HEPA 14, without disrupting your operation.

  4. 04

    Verification

Where needed, we can measure particle count against ISO 14644-1 Class 8 to confirm the result.
